Job Description

  • Good experience for more 4 years of experience and have good communication Skills.
  • Very good knowledge and skills on desktop platform and peripheral support
  • Should have good experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365
  • Provide support for VIP user –Deskside support.
  • Maintaining and tracking the incident reported and providing the assistance for resolution in line with committed SLA.
  • Provide investigation, Diagnosis, resolution and resolve escalate to the second or third level in accordance with escalation process.
  • Maintain overall ownership of user issue & services that can resolution within a reasonable timeframe and period updates
  • Good to have ITIL certification
