Job Summary: Looking for a Secretary (Real Estate) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Assist in organizing office operations as well as procedures
Respond to telephones and provide information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate staff members
Organize conferences, meetings as well as travel reservations for office staff
Keep up the scheduling and event calendars
Plan and confirm appointments for clients or supervisors
Prepare forms in accordance with the company procedures
Welcome visitors as well as callers and handle their inquiries
Make sure filing systems are maintained and up to date
Maintain the paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence as well as other materials
Send newsletters, promotional material as well as other information
Prepare copies of correspondence as well as other printed material
Observe and record phone calls

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
At least 1-2 years of experience in the same or similar role required
Must be a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a positive attitude with good customer service skills
Should be presentable and good looking
Must be mature, responsible and well organized
Strong computer knowledge required
Experience in real estate will be a plus
Must have very good English skills
Only Arab ladies are required
