Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-time permanent position. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

As Regional HR Executive, support and assist Regional HR Director to provide operational and strategic support to the local HR in business units within MEIA by rolling out, coordinating & following up the HR Concepts, Projects, tools and process in order to help them reach their business targets.
This position is based in Dubai and will be reporting to the Regional HR Director - MEIA.

Duties and responsibilities
Assist Regional HR Director to support the local business units in the Middle East, India and Africa Region (MEIA) by anchoring, implementing and following up to ensure that HR concepts, tools and process are well established in line with corporate and regional expectations.
Extend professional Support and work closely with local HR in newly established Jotun entities in the MEIA region (Emerging markets) by providing close operational HR support (recruitment, compensation etc.) in order to maintain high standards and in line with Regional expectation.
Ensure that the Human Resource Management System database is always accurate and updated by following up with the HR responsible in each of the MEIA companies to ensure that the reports drawn are always accurate.
Actively participate in Regional HR initiatives, OD initiatives, Regional HR meetings and work closely with Corporate HR in order to follow up on ongoing projects.
You have 1-3 years of experience in the field of HR is required.
You hold a bachelor/masters degree in HR.
You have a project management experience.
You are between 23-30 years old
You are fluent in Arabic (preferred)
