Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist (Part Time) in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Welcome, sign in and handle and direct staff all visitors as well as other stakeholders as appropriate
Attend to all office enquiries in a professional manner
Offer admin support to the company’s administrative function
Operate the main telephone, transfer calls or take and deliver messages
Responsible for routine word processing
Maintain cleanness at the at reception area
Receive and sort incoming mails for delivery to appropriate staff

Job Qualifications and Experience

Must be a graduate from a recognized university
At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
Only female candidates are required to apply
Asian candidates are preferred
Should be good looking with a positive attitude
