Job Descriptoin

Al Ashwaq established their presence in Dubai construction industry for more than 20-years as leading electro-mechanical service providers.

Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate.
Perform administrative duties with data entry and tracking.
Take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
Receive, sort and forward incoming mail.
Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills.

Graduate/Diploma with minimum 1 year of experience.
