Job Description :
As Head of Regional Asset Management, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all assets that are owned, leased and subleased by The Company across the EMEA region. You will also be responsible for determining the feasibility of asset acquisition and presenting supporting documentation to our upper management and CXO Team.
? Implementation, negotiation, and monitoring of asset programs.
?A strategic approach to increase revenue and asset values through identified efficiencies and savings.
?Prepare reports and perform analysis for research to proactively identify opportunities for The Company to further develop its asset acquisition strategy
? Review and update current asset management policies based on each countryâs (UAE, KSA, Kuwait) local laws and regulations
? Implement training & development programs across all project management and operational individuals
What Are We Looking For?
The ideal professional will hold a proven record of successfully driving asset management and implementing key systems that are linked to the top and bottom-line results of managing a high volume of commercial property.
You will have acquired experience in commercial property management, lease negotiations, contract compliance, and real estate management.
Being passionate about what you do means you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to navigate complex systems and deliver key solutions to existing and future obstacles.
?7+ years of experience in managing commercial real estate, preferably within the Hospitality / F&B industry across the EMEA region
?You will have also acquired a large network of highly influential individuals within the Real Estate and F&B industry
?Ability to implement and use software and tools that will contribute to the efficient management of the commercial property
?Know-how and ability to manage projects within the food industry
Salary Range â 25,000 â 33,000AED monthly
