Job Purpose


To assist ENOC corporate departments in basic administrative functions such as serving tea/coffee, managing internal mail, transmitting fax messages, filing, attending to visitors, attend to Admin related outdoor jobs.





Detailed Description






Principal Accountabilities


  • Prepares beverages for staff and guests as required.
  • Collects & delivers internal as well as external mail from the Postal Implant. Checks for incoming faxes and distributes to the relevant individuals. Sends faxes as and when required.
  • Photocopies documents and arranges for specialized or mass photocopying and binding, as required
  • Clears papers from the out-trays on a daily basis as directed and manages filing, as directed.
  • Supports Admin Asst. or dept. secretary in maintains stock/record of office stationery & consumables.
  • Assists in filing and maintenance of records.
  • In the absence of the secretary, answers the incoming calls.
  • Required to carry out outdoor Admin activities & related jobs

Minimum Requirements

  • A high school/graduate with 2 years work experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good communication skills. Basic Computer knowledge in MS Office.
  • UAE Driving Licence preferred
