Job Descriptoin

1. Job Responsibilities

  • Research and analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
  • Maintain an up to date marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective while monitoring marketing and sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Organize and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media channels (social, print etc.).
  • Overseeing that all branches are provided with up to date marketing materials.
  • Coordinating with designers to assure that all marketing material is based on the template provided.
  • Communicating with branch fit-out companies in order to ensure that all requirements for the branch is met in terms of layout and design.
  • Monitoring and updating relevant marketing content to all social media channels for divisions of Delma Exchange.

2. Education

  • Graduate degree in Marketing.

3. Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.

4. Competencies

  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and graphic designing software (e.g. Photoshop/Illustrator).

  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
