Job Summary: Looking for experienced and dedicated HR Generalist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Give support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc
Assist the Human Resource Manager and the Managing Director in effecting change and transition.
Perform daily attendance monitoring and leave management
Collect and assess data with useful HR metrics
Support the development and implementation of human resource policies
Manage employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Help in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Coordinate with the Human Resource Manager to provide effective employee relations
Support HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Job Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate for HR Generalist must have relevant qualifications for this role
Practical work experience in the same role is required
The applicant should have knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
Excellent communication and people skills
Good knowledge of MS office is required
Should have excellent communication and problem solving skills
