Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors Degree in any business related course
At least two years of UAE experience as a call center agent
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to explain detailed instructions articulately and clearly
Ability to multi-task and complete tasks on time
Should be able to answer calls and respond to inquiries from clients concerning the services provided
Ability to speak English and Arabic
Should have strong product knowledge
Must have good computer skills
Only male candidates with strong customer service skills are required
