Job Summary: Looking for a Call Center Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Develop customer interests in the services and products offered by the company
Preserve a detailed knowledge of business processes as well as procedures
Ensure meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals
Inform the customers about new and existing products
Provide accurate products information to the clients
Maintain the company communication equipment
Adhere to standards and guidelines and suggest improved procedures

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Bachelors Degree in a business related course
At least two to three years of experience in the same field
Must be self driven and able to perform multiple tasks within a specific time frame
Must be highly responsive and able to handle emergencies with a calm manner
Competence in using the computer applications
Good communication and customer service skills
Must have good telephone etiquettes and able to handle all kinds of customers
Should have a positive attitude
