Your Role

Amaris is currently looking for a talented Business Process Analyst to join our team from Dubai.
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for planning, performing and delivering business process and customer journey improvement initiatives as well as facilitate the implementation of the Business Process Management strategy.

Your role:
Host workshops with the end goal of documenting end to end business processes / customer journeys.
Use data analysis and lean six sigma techniques to baseline pain points.
Design lean processes that mitigate pain points and drive operational excellence.
Map customer journeys that drive exceptional customer experience and measurable outputs.
Monitor and report benefit realization post implementation.
Support the establishment of the Business Process Management governance model across the organization.
Host training sessions in IBM Blueworks Live and group standards to manage processes / procedures.
Support governance of BPM group standards.
Champion the establishment of a process culture across the group.
Evaluate and prioritize opportunities for process automation utilizing Robotic Process Automation.
Document as-is and to-be processes and support business case finalization.
Audit processes post implementation to track benefit realization.

Your Profile:
At least 3-5 years’ experience in Business Process Management.
Experience in BPM tools Like IBM Blueworks Live, IBM Business Process Manager, ARIS, Signavio, Business Optics, preferred.
Experience in RPA and BPM automation initiatives.
Experience in more than one functional area (retail, automotive, logistics, engineering, IT etc.)
Knowledge in process re-engineering methodologies.
Experience in designing customer journeys.
Lean Six sigma certified.
