Looking for suitable candidates for the position of Admin Assistant.

Job Details:

  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs,handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-up on progress of projects to successful completion.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of management meetings and all- staff meetings.
  • Responsible for efficient filing and management of records.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent combination of education
  • Excellent ability to communicate both oral and written.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office Applications. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Forward thinker with ability to achieve high performance goals, results oriented.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
