Required Receptionist Cum Admin

Job Descriptoin

Responsibilities
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Knowledge in Export & Import Document preparation (E Mirzal II, Customs & Dubai Municipality)
• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned by Accounts, PRO and HR departments
Requirements
• Experience as Receptionist in FMCG
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
• Knowledge of office management and basic accounting
• Proficient in English(oral and written) & Hindi
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
Salary: Negotiable according to industry standards
