JOB ROLE DESCRIPTION
• To assist the team leader in anyway possible in building his or her business and achieving all stated goals while providing excellent client service.
• Maintain the database daily, creating checklists and managing customers details and information.
• Implement all lead generation system – CRM on daily basis to ensure all details are updated, follow up with customers, keep track of all records, invoices, detail all properties for sale on the system.
• Excellent on Microsoft Word and Excel
• Create and manage spreadsheets for all different sectors in the business.
• Plan and keep track of the budget and expenses for the company.
• Cold Calling.
• Answering calls and forwarding on leads to sales.
• General Office duties.
• Filing.
• Update portals accordingly, keeping track of all properties and products for sale.
• Arranging and booking in meetings.
• Meet and Greet clients.
• Generating new leads and creating new ideas for marketing and sales to help the team leader.
• Organise and help plan business trips.
• Manage the diary and calendar daily updating all appointments.
• Completely utilize a follow up system.
• To create letters, email and draft works to prepare for sales team.
• Good telephone etiquettes and the ability to multitask.
• Prepare all listing materials to advertise properties and stock on the system.
