IT Support Techinical Executive

Job Descriptoin

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Job
Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Replacing equipment as necessary
Possibly training more junior staff members
Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices
Installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.)
Qualifications and Requirements
3-5 years experience (UAE Experience preffered)
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
A technical, logical thought process
Problem-solving skills
An ability to stick to strict deadlines
An ability to prioritise and delegate
A keen eye for detail
