Admin Executive

Job Descriptoin

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing pro-active support by ensuring the smooth running of the executive’s office and managing their working environment.
• Preparing confidential correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Circulating documents for approval and signature.
• Maintaining up-to-date filing systems and ensure provision of accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings and conference materials, client/executive meetings and team meetings.
• Diary Management, booking flights and hotels, and handle complicated and intensive travel requirements.
• Liaising with members of the Executive’s team, assisting several directors at the same time with ad hoc requests.
• Organizing meetings, conferences, workshops and other business related events.
