Job Descriptoin

The Employee is expected to:
• Respond to telephone, in person or e-mail enquiries or forward to appropriate person;
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations;
• Perform clerical duties such as word processing, excel worksheets;
• Assist in sorting and filing documents according to established filing systems, locate and retrieve documents from files a, requested and maintain records of filed and removed materials;
• Assist in encoding and preparing clients’ application package and forward them to Company’s lawyer or consultant for proofreading;
• Assist in administrative procedures;
• Assist in collecting and maintaining records of employees’ attendance for payroll processing;
• Assist in performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits;
• Recording and reconciling the company’s bank statements;
